It connects with over 1700 reviewed schools across KSA, offering services for both Parents: search, communication, comparison, reservation, and payment Teachers: communication, teacher portal, and job opportunities YaSchools uses AI and financial technology to provide information in a fast and e asy way. It’s a one-stop solution for education information, with a user-friendly interface and comprehensive services.
Task
Developed an Advanced Search and Comparison Engine: We created a powerful AI-driven search engine that allows parents to search for and compare schools based on accurate and reliable criteria. Created Specialized User Portals: We worked on designing separate portals for parents and teachers, which allows each group to access dedicated services like direct communication and job opportunities. Integrated Fintech Solutions: We integrated comprehensive financial solutions to facilitate online payments and reservations, which eliminates the need for complex manual procedures.
Scattered Educational Information: Parents and students face difficulty in obtaining comprehensive and reliable information about schools, services, and educational activities, as data is scattered across multiple, unconnected sources.
Difficulty in Searching and Comparing: The search for a suitable school is a complex and time-consuming process, due to the absence of a unified platform that allows for comparing schools based on accurate criteria like curriculum, fees, and ratings.
Complex Manual Processes: Many schools rely on manual methods to manage registration, inquiry, and payment procedures, which leads to slow operations and increased administrative burdens on parents and administrators.
Provided a Comprehensive and Integrated Solution: We succeeded in building a platform that brings all educational information and services together in one place, which saved users significant time and effort.
Streamlined Administrative Processes for Parents and Schools: The platform contributed to automating traditional procedures, which increased the efficiency of school administration and simplified all transactions for parents.
