Godoba

is an integrated digital platform for corporate travel management, designed to simplify the process of booking trips for employees. The platform provides a centralized dashboard to manage employee information and facilitate bookings, in addition to comprehensive financial reports aimed at saving time and money.

Task

Created a Centralized Booking System: We designed a unified platform that allows employees to book their entire trips, including flights, hotels, and transportation services, all from one place. Designed Specialized Dashboards: We developed management dashboards that provide a comprehensive overview of expenses, booking numbers, and trip details, which enhances financial control. Developed an Approval Management System: We created an automated approval system that simplifies the process of reviewing and approving travel requests for employees, saving time and effort.

Simplifying the process of managing corporate travel bookings, and overcoming administrative and financial complexities.

Complex Manual Processes: Companies face significant challenges in managing their employees’ trips, as the process of booking flights, hotels, and transportation requires manual coordination that consumes a lot of time and effort.

Lack of Financial Visibility and Control: It is difficult for management to accurately track and analyze travel expenses, which leads to a lack of transparency and difficulty in controlling the travel budget.

Difficulty Managing Approvals: Traditional systems lack an effective mechanism for managing travel requests and obtaining approvals, which causes delays and frustration for employees.

Scattered Data and Information: Booking data, employee details, and expense reports are scattered and decentralized, which makes the management and follow-up process cumbersome.

Time and Effort Consumption: Corporate travel management is a complex process that consumes a lot of time and effort from the team, which affects the efficiency of overall operations.
