The Entertainment Mentor Platform by GEA is a secure digital hub connecting entrepreneurs with experts in legal, financial, and marketing fields. Users get answers and one-on-one sessions to develop ideas and grow projects. It supports Saudi Arabia’s entertainment sector and Vision 2030. The platform also offers funding help, co-working spaces, and networking under the “Entertainment Partner” initiative
Task
Created a Trusted Network of Experts: We built a secure database of mentors and experts in legal, financial, and marketing fields to provide support to entrepreneurs. Developed Networking and Mentorship Tools: We designed mechanisms to facilitate booking for one-on-one mentorship sessions and direct communication, in addition to organizing networking opportunities. Provided a Secure Infrastructure: We designed the platform to be a secure digital hub that protects user and project data and ensures information confidentiality.
Difficulty Accessing Trusted Experts: Entrepreneurs find it difficult to find reliable and qualified experts in vital fields such as legal, financial, and marketing to get consultations for developing their projects.
Lack of a Centralized Support Platform: Emerging projects lack a unified and secure platform that combines all essential services, such as mentorship, funding opportunities, and co-working spaces, in one place.
Lack of Specialized Guidance: Entrepreneurs need one-on-one and customized guidance to develop their ideas and grow their projects effectively.
Funding and Networking Challenges: Project owners face a challenge in accessing funding opportunities and building strong relationships with investors and partners in the sector.
Supporting the Emerging Sector: Supporting the entertainment sector in Saudi Arabia is a strategic goal within Vision 2030, and it requires a digital infrastructure to ensure the sector’s growth and sustainability.
Provided a Comprehensive and Integrated Solution: We succeeded in bringing together all the resources and services that entrepreneurs need into a single platform, saving them time and effort in searching for support.
