Tasel is a platform revolutionizing real estate in Saudi Arabia It provides easy communication, a secure reservation system and a user-friendly interface for real estate owners, seekers,and mediating parties The final process of buying selling is done off the platform for privacy and security. Tasel streamlines the process of real estate transactions with its secure and efficient platform.
Task
Developed an Effective Communication System: We created direct and effective communication channels between owners, seekers, and mediators, which facilitates the negotiation process and ensures smooth transactions. Created a Secure Reservation System: We developed a secure and trusted reservation system that allows parties to provisionally secure properties, which increases trust and reduces risks. Designed a Seamless User Interface: We designed a simple and intuitive user interface to facilitate navigation and access to information, which provides a seamless experience for all users.
Difficulty in Communication Between Parties: Participants in the real estate market, including owners, seekers, and mediators, face difficulty in effective and organized communication, which leads to lost opportunities and transaction delays.
Absence of a Trusted Reservation System: There is no unified and secure mechanism for making initial property reservations, which causes a lack of trust between parties and increases the risks of manual procedures.
Complex Real Estate Processes: The processes of searching for properties, negotiating, and completing deals are characterized by complexity and inefficiency, making it a stressful journey that consumes a lot of time and effort.
Lack of Transparency and Trust: The market lacks a reliable platform that ensures user transparency and privacy, and provides a secure environment for initial transactions.
Unsmooth User Experience: Navigating the traditional real estate market is a challenge, as users face difficulty accessing information in an organized and clear manner, which affects their decision-making.
Simplified Real Estate Processes: The platform succeeded in making real estate transactions more efficient and easier, which saved time and effort for all parties.
