AABAR

AABAR is an integrated communication and management platform designed to connect parents and specialists/therapists to ensure optimal follow-up and care for the child. The application provides the necessary tools to transform educational and therapeutic plans into a tangible and measurable reality, ensuring immediate transparency and collaboration.

 

Task

Provided an Integrated System for Case and Schedule Management: We created a smart platform allowing therapists to efficiently and easily manage client files (Cases) and organize their appointments and session schedules. Implemented Advanced Session Planning Tools: We developed a system supporting detailed planning for therapeutic sessions, including precise goal setting, tracking completion rates, and recording notes, which ensures the systematic execution of treatment programs. Integrated Specialized Behavioral Analytics and Statistical Reporting: We incorporated a robust reporting system that provides visual statistics (such as radar and bar charts) and includes a specialized tool for analyzing behaviors using the ABC model, offering a comprehensive assessment of the child's progress.

⬤ 01. Challenges

Addressing complexity and data overload to simplify information access and streamline service delivery for all users.

Professional Data Intensity: Pages like “Behavioral History” and “View Session Details” require entering highly detailed information (ABC model, objectives, quick evaluation, notes). This process can be time-consuming and tedious for busy specialists.
Managing Diverse Content: The specialist interface must handle various content types simultaneously, including medication details, financial reports, assistants, and a video library, demanding exceptional organizational UI/UX.

Performance with Large Media Files: Given the “Media & Documents” library containing videos and large files (like XLS progress reports), ensuring high-speed loading and efficient storage is a continuous technical challenge.

Security of Sensitive Data: Handling highly sensitive behavioral, educational, and medical information for children mandates the highest security standards and strict adherence to data privacy regulations (like HIPAA/GDPR).

System Consistency and Integration: Ensuring the instant messaging (Chat) system and alert features (like the Incident Report) function reliably and instantly across both the Parent and Therapist application interfaces poses an infrastructure challenge.

Building a comprehensive app to empower specialists and parents to monitor therapeutic and educational plans.

Provided a Clear Framework for Integrated Management: The app helped users establish a clear, centralized system for managing and monitoring the entire lifecycle of a child’s educational and therapeutic journey, reducing data fragmentation.

Simplified the Journey of Collaborative Planning: The system offered a seamless solution that connects specialists and parents through instant communication and shared data, which made collaborative goal setting and execution much easier.

Empowered Users with Measurable Reality: Users now have a reliable platform that helps them turn abstract therapeutic and educational plans into a tangible, measurable reality, ensuring both transparency and instant collaboration.
