Claro

is a specialized coffee ordering app designed to redefine the customer experience. Through the platform, users can easily order and customize their favorite drinks, skipping long waiting lines. The app also features a built-in loyalty program and a dedicated financial wallet, ensuring a fast, smooth, and rewarding purchasing experience.

Task

Designed a Seamless Ordering System: We designed an intuitive user interface that allows customers to easily select and customize their favorite beverages, which shortens waiting times. Integrated Advanced Customization Options: We worked on providing a comprehensive menu of customization options (such as milk types and sweetness levels) to ensure all tastes are met. Developed a Loyalty and Rewards Program: We created a points system ("Claro Points") and an in-app financial wallet to incentivize customers for continuous engagement with the platform.

Transforming the traditional coffee ordering experience into a convenient digital experience, and overcoming the challenges of waiting and personalized requests.

Waiting in Lines: Coffee lovers face the constant challenge of wasting time in long queues, especially during peak hours, which diminishes the enjoyment of the experience.

Difficulty with Customization: Options for customizing beverages are often limited in traditional orders, making it difficult for customers to get the perfect drink that suits their taste.

Lack of Effective Loyalty Programs: Many cafes rely on physical punch cards that are easily lost, which limits the effectiveness of loyalty programs and reduces customer incentives.

Complex Payments: Customers may face difficulties with various payment methods or losing accumulated points, which makes the purchasing process less smooth.

Low Customer Engagement: Cafes find it hard to maintain customer interaction and attract them with continuous offers, which affects the growth of their customer base and loyalty.

Unclear Order Status: Customers do not have a clear way to know the status of their orders, which causes uncertainty and anxiety about when to pick up their drink.

Completely Simplified the User Experience: The app succeeded in transforming the coffee ordering process into a convenient and fast experience, sparing users from standing in lines.
