Faael Kheir is a donation platform dedicated to helping those in need through transparent and direct giving It showcases real-time updates on each case, including the total amount needed, collected, and remaining to reach the goal With a clean interface and easy navigation, the platform makes it simple for anyone to contribute and follow progress.
Task
Developed a Full Transparency System: We created a platform that ensures transparent and direct giving, which removes concerns about donations reaching their intended recipients. Created an Automated Case Tracking System: We worked on providing real-time updates on each case, which allows donors to continuously follow the progress being made. Designed a Simple and Intuitive User Interface: We designed a clean interface and easy navigation that makes the donation process simple and convenient for everyone.
Lack of Transparency and Trust: The donation sector faces a major challenge in gaining donor trust, as it’s difficult for individuals to ensure their donations reach those in need directly and in full.
Difficulty Tracking the Impact of Donations: Traditional donation platforms do not give donors the ability to follow the progress made on the cases they support, which makes it hard to see the actual impact of their contributions.
Complex Donation Process: The donation process itself can be complicated and clunky, which deters many individuals from contributing, especially if it requires too many steps or an unclear user interface.
Lack of Real-Time Updates: Donors lack immediate information about the status of collected donations, which prevents them from staying continuously informed about how close a case is to reaching its goal.
Increased Donor Trust: The platform succeeded in enhancing donor trust by providing complete information on how their donations are used and their real-world impact.
Provided the Ability to See the Real Impact of Donations: Donors can now directly see the impact of their contributions and follow the progress of cases until their goal is reached.
Simplified the Giving Process: The platform offered a digital solution that makes donating simple for anyone to contribute, which encourages more individuals to participate in charitable work.
