Created a Centralized Data System: We designed a unified system to store employee data, attendance, leave, and payroll, which eliminated scattered information and increased its accuracy. Developed a Self-Service Portal: We worked on creating a dedicated portal for employees that allows them to access their personal data, submit leave requests, and review their records with ease. Built Automated Reporting Tools: We integrated analytics and reporting tools into the system to provide comprehensive insights into employee performance and operational efficiency.
